Your title fits comfortably within Google's desktop display width.
Your description will be cut off on desktop. Trim it to under 158 characters to control exactly where it ends.
Google measures titles by pixel width, not character count, so two titles with the same character count can truncate differently depending on which letters they use. This preview measures pixel width the same way. Google can also rewrite your title or description in search results if it decides another version matches the query better, so a good snippet is a strong signal, not a guarantee.
How to use this tool
Paste in the URL, title tag and meta description you are planning to use, then check the desktop and mobile previews. If the title or description bar turns red, Google is very likely to cut off part of what you wrote, so trim it down until it fits, keeping your most important keyword and value proposition near the front where it is never cut.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my title get cut off in Google even though it's under 60 characters?+
Google truncates titles by pixel width, not character count, and it renders in a variable-width font. Wide letters like W and M take up more space than narrow ones like i or l, so two 60-character titles can display very differently. This tool measures pixel width the same way Google does.
What is the ideal meta description length?+
Aim for roughly 120 to 158 characters on desktop, a bit shorter on mobile. Google sometimes rewrites descriptions to better match a search query, so treat this as the length that gives you the best chance of showing what you wrote, not a hard guarantee.
Does a good meta description improve rankings?+
Not directly. Google has said meta descriptions are not a ranking factor. What they do influence is click-through rate: a clear, relevant description makes people more likely to click your result instead of a competitor's, which can indirectly help performance over time.
Why does Google sometimes show a different title or description than what I wrote?+
Google can rewrite either one if it decides another version, often pulled from page content or an anchor text, better matches the searcher's query. Writing a clear, accurate title and description makes this less likely, but it can still happen for specific searches.
